I upload 3 types of file to my album.

1. 24 bit, 48 kHz FLAC.
2. 16 bit, 44.1 kHz FLAC.
3. 320 kbps 44.1 kHz MP3.

I use special and carefully crafted resampling and dithering algos to convert 1 → 2.

I use direct conversion with resampling and tagging to convert 1 → 3.

Unfortunately, "Item manager" by default creates VBR MP3 and Ogg Vorbis files from all my 3 types of files.

I need to automaticaly create this files from my 16 bit, 44.1 kHz FLAC only. I don't know how to do it with _rules.conf. A rules only prevents create specific type or format, but I want to create any from 16 bit FLAC's only.

At the time I delete unnecessary created files manually. This is non-optimal and creates a mess with playlist.

Is there any rules to creating files from specific source files? Though, both needed and unneeded source files for processings are FLACs: one type is 16 bit and another is 24 bit.

you can only select which formats should or should not be derived, not which originals will be used.

Sadly, hope this feature will be implemented in the future with _rules.conf or interface.
